I would like to personally thank everyone for coming out to our open house and especially to our vendors who donated their time and product to the day.

We had over 800 people show up for the 4 hours event.

Due to popular demand, we are now selling Hot Coffee and Espresso.  We use only Kicking Horse Coffee (David’s Favorite!). 

The prices are $.99/coffee and $1.49 for Espresso.

I am pleased to welcome you to something that I think is pretty exciting.  The sharing of ideas of a group of people with at least one thing in common, a passion for gourmet food. 

Since this business is something entirely new for me, I have had to take a crash course on many things such as cheese, olive oils, and chocolate.  In order to fill the store I had to look at over 10,000 products to determine the orginal 2,000 products we bought.  Now eight months later we have expanded the store and our product line is almost 6000 items, and growing. 

In this site I have included some basic tips on cheese tasting, olive oil making etc. that I found interesting and thought you might enjoy.

In addition, there are many great receipes that I thought you might also enjoy.

I would love to hear from you, the customer, on what we are doing right, what we can do to improve, answer questions, and I would love to learn from you as well.  Also, I would like to hear you product requests!

My goal is to have you, the customer, as passionate about our store is I am, I truly want you to feel this is your store!
