I guess since I am the first to request, you must have almost everything!
I would like to try to make palak paneer…indian spinach and cheese. I wondered if you have paneer cheese or could suggest a substitution? I understand it is a vegetarian cheese as it does not involve the use of rennet in the making of it.

I can tell you one reason, their bread is like eating bricks and is tasteless.
I love your Fred’s bread it is fantastic!
Can you get in more Paul Newman products?

Oh my, I had the great pleasure of trying some Kensington Market Organic Ice Cream last week and it was unbelievably delicious! I tried Mo’Fig (molasses and fig) and Rose Petal…coming from someone who doesn’t really groove on ice cream, Brad’s stuff is so good, I would love to be able to pick it up closer to home! I know he distributes to some GTA retailers, but I bet it would be worth it to ask. Nom nom nom!
